Cooked Spaghetti Squash
There are various cooked spaghetti squash method variations, including microwaving, but this one always works the best for me. The squash strands are very prominent and the squash is cooked evenly throughout.

Ingredients
- 1 medium spaghetti squash
- water
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. and place roughly 1/2" of water in a 9x11 baking dish.
- Wash outside of spaghetti squash and remove any stickers.
- With a sharp knife (I our Ulu blade - it works so well!), cut the squash in half, lengthwise.
- Scoop out the seeds. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Place the squash (cut sides down) into the water containing baking dish.
- Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes or until skin begins to brown and squash softens entirely.
