Chicken Divan
This recipe for Chicken Divan is sincerely one of my favorite go-to recipes. There’s something special about the crunch from the water chestnuts and the full-bodied earthy flavors of the broccoli and soups. By the way, it’s so easy to make this recipe too.

Chicken Divan
Ingredients
- 2.5 cups broccoli, cooked, chopped
- 2 cups chicken, cooked, shredded
- 9 oz mushrooms, canned, sliced, drained
- 8 oz water chestnuts, canned, drained
- 21 oz cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Arrange cooked broccoli in a 3 quart casserole dish. Top with shredded chicken. Add mushrooms and water chestnuts.
- In a medium bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake 30-45 minutes until casserole is bubbly and cheese is golden.
