Why is Core Strength Important?

According to the Mayo Clinic, “Core exercises train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony leading to better balance and stability…, most sports and other physical activities depend on stable core muscles.”

The Challenge

 Whether you’re just getting started on your fitness journey or simply looking for something new and fun, the Butts & Guts challenge will help you stay on track with your goals.This challenge was originally hosted in a group on Facebook (February 2017) and since it was so fun, I thought you’d like full access here!
