Chia Pudding

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 tbsp maple syrup, unsweetened
Instructions
- Add chia seeds, liquid (I generally use unsweetened almond milk), fruit (such as frozen strawberries, mangos or blueberries), a 1 tbsp of sweetener (such as honey, maple syrup or 1 tsp stevia) together in a blender. Blend.
- Allow set in the fridge for at least 20 mins.
Notes
You can be very creative with this recipe. There are so many options. Just use what you have on hand!
