Diabetes vs Health and Fitness

weightsRob & I were asked to speak on the Curtis Harwell Show on Diabetes vs Health and Fitness in August, 2014. We were delighted.  We’d never done a “real” radio show before so it was pretty exciting.  I say real because many hours were spent in my childhood doing radio broadcasts with my sister Shannon… well, pretending to, using a microphone and our little tape recorder. What I wouldn’t give to be able to find one of those old recordings now!

ATTENTION: You’ll notice that we mistakenly referred to “Type 1 Diabetes” when we meant to say “Type 2 Diabetes” but for our 1st radio show, I think we did pretty well.
