2 Ingredient Cookies

Do you ever feel like having a homemade cookie but you don’t want to go to the effort? Yes? Me too. These 2 Ingredient Cookies are the PERFECT cookie for such a moment. Two ingredients – that’s it!

Rob and I are actually enjoying this cookie right now! It’s Saturday afternoon and we don’t feel like doing anything. It’s cold outside, we’re burnt out from our crazy busy week and we’re just wanting comfort.

Enter these 2 Ingredient Cookies! Bam. I’m sure you could go for a couple of these right now too eh?

Be Creative

This recipe creates a perfect (easy) cookie and cookie base. You can add chocolate chips, nuts and/or spices like cinnamon. The absolute best concoction I’ve tried includes walnuts, white chocolate chips, and cranberries. Total yum.

At approximately 7 carbohydrates each (plus whatever additional ingredients you add), they are a great pick-me-up during low blood sugar moments (or anytime you need extra energy).

Give them a try and let me know what you think.
